BANCOI PARTICIPATES IN A LEGAL ADVISORY ON FOREIGN TRADE WORKSHOP

The First Workshop on Legal Advisory on Foreign Trade took place on Wednesday, April 26th in the Protocol Room of the House of the Lawyer, as the first step in a series of tasks planned by the National Organization of Collective Law Firms to train its associates and to accompany Cuban exporting companies as legal advisers.
The event was sponsored by the Provincial Directorate of Collective Law Firms in Havana and addressed three key topics: legal technical assistance in the elaboration and updating of services export strategies, the approach to outsourcing services and the establishment of key partnerships and conducting administrative efforts to evaluate direct export variants.
The workshop was attended by engineers Antonio Gutiérrez Pérez and Raúl del Castillo Mesa, specialists from the Investment Evaluation Department of Banco de Inversiones S.A. Both specialists were in charge of the presentation of the main services of Bancoi, emphasizing in the service of evaluation of potential partners and the one related to the investor process, subjects that caused great interest among the attendees to the event.
