MEETING OF THE PRESIDENT OF BANCOI WITH CADRES, RESERVATIONS AND YOUTH UNIVERSE: IN TIME FOR GOOD IDEAS

The meeting of the President of Bancoi S.A. with the cadres, reservations, legal substitutes and youth universe of the institution, was held on June 26 in the framework of anniversaries 173 and 90 of the births of Antonio Maceo and "Che" Guevara respectively.
The traditional exchange took place this year at El Cacahual. The usual air of peace and seclusion of the place that keeps the remains of Lieutenant General Antonio Maceo, his assistant Captain Francisco Gómez Toro and other Cuban patriots, widened with the meeting of generations and the expression of the ways of doing and thinking of the Banks’s youth.
After the signing of the Code of Ethics of the new cadres and the floral offering made to the figure of the Bronze Titan, the President of the Bank Arminda García González summarized the main agreements and activities of the cadres over the past year and the projections for the one in progress. Later, there was a reflective dialogue among those present on ideas and perspectives for the continuous improvement of the work of the cadres, the key points on the organization of work and the importance of the reserve.
The meeting was complemented with a conversation and guided tour by the hand of Rudy Fernández, historian of the emblematic place that by its historical significance holds the status of National Monument.
