BANCOI CELEBRATES THE BALANCE OF MANAGERS 2016

Dedicated to the eternal memory of Commander-in-Chief Fidel Castro, the Balance Sheet Assembly of Banco de Inversiones S.A. was held on Tuesday May 30 in the Hall of the Presidency of Bancoi.
The meeting had as a preamble that morning, the signing of the Code of Ethics of two recently incorporated managers and the offering of flowers to the undisputed leader of the Cuban Revolution.
As part of the Balance, the main achievements and difficulties of the past 2016 were analyzed and the projections for the current year were presented. At the end of the activity, a copy of Changing the Mindset ... starting with the bosses written by professor Manuel Calviño was given to each manager, a book that proposes a reflexive, operative, questioning and propositive look at management practices.
