SIGNATURE OF CONTRACT BANCOI - FACULTY OF ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE-UNIVERSITY OF HAVANA

Banco de Inversiones S.A. and the Faculty of Accounting and Finance of the University of Havana signed a Collaboration Agreement for activities of professional training, research, scientific innovation and improvement.
The signature of the two originals by the Executive President of Bancoi Arminda García González and the Dean of the Faculty of Accounting and Finance of the University of Havana Rafael Edgardo Montejo Véliz, the highest authorities of both institutions, took place last Friday October 13 in the framework of the activity for the Banker’s Day. This act constitutes the cusp of a long process of approchement and exchange between the two entities that included meetings of the Bank with students of the Faculty, efforts for the insertion of students of practices and banking subjects as part of the elective subjects of the educational institution, among others.
The concretion of this Alliance materializes the relations of complementation and cooperation Bank-Faculty in the academic, labor and investigative training in the areas of Accounting, Finance, Costs, Accounting Systems, Auditing and Administration. Collaborative actions may include studies and research projects, possibilities for overcoming or specialization courses, exchange of information and teaching materials and bibliographies, categorization as teachers to interested professionals who meet the requirements, participation of students in the projects of work practice and course or diploma, presentation of results in events and other ways of obtaining and disseminating knowledge, all of this marking a breaking point in the trajectories of both organizations.
